    • Seasonal Price Specials

    We offer 2 seasonal specials price offers each year.

    The Winter Price Special

    • The Winter Price special offer runs from January 10th to April 1st.
    • It applies to bookings to be held during the special offer time frame regardless of when they were booked.
    • The discounted price is a WHOPPING 20% OFF the regular package price.
    • A real good deal by any standard!

    The Pre-Christmas Price Special

    • The Pre-Christmas price special offer runs from mid July until September 15th.
    • It applies to bookings to be held from November 1st until December 30th.
    • It does NOT include New Years Eve. There is no discount for New Years Eve bookings.(see our New Years Eve price list below)
    • The discounted price is generally 10% to 20% off our regular package prices.
    • It is designed to give the staff social committee planning a Christmas party, a good deal and a thank you for allowing us to plan our busy Christmas season workload early.

    New Years Eve Specials

    • Our fee for all New Years Eve bookings (December 31st)is 1.75 times our regular fee for the package you book.
    • It is not double.
    • There are no other discounts for New Year Eve.
    • Our travel fees apply at regular rates where appliciable

    Friday Night Discounts

    • If you have planned your party for a Friday Night you are in luck.
    • All Friday bookings receive an Automatic 10% discount off the regular package price.
    • Another real good deal by any standard!

    Multiple Booking Discounts

    If you book 6 or more functions in one year (One calender year from the date of the 1st booking)…. Here’s where you can really save some bucks!

    • Our Multiple booking discounts are on a graduated scale. This means that your 1st booking will be at the regular fee and your last booking could be free, depending on the number of bookings you place.
    • 2 Bookings – 10% off total price
    • 3 Bookings – 15% off total price
    • 4 Bookings – 20% off total price
    • 5 Bookings – 30% off total price
    • 6 Bookings – 40% off total price
    • 7 or more Bookings – 50% off total price
    • To acheive maximum discount, 3 or more bookings MUST be placed at the same time.
    • Lets do the math….Look at the bucks you save on 6 bookings for our “Dance The Night Away Package”
    • 6 X $450.00= $2700.00….Discounted By 40%= Saving $1080.00
    • Your cost for 6 Bookings $1620.00 or $270.00 per booking.
    • AN UNHEARD OF PRICE

    Bookings Placed At Bridal Shows

    • If you book our music for your wedding reception at any Bridal Show we attend, you receive an automatic 20% discount from the price of the package you choose. This is our way of saying thanks for taking the time to join us at the show, and we hope you gain lots of great ideas for your wedding day.
    • ALSO….If you book your Stag & Doe & Wedding Reception music at The Bridal Show and at the same time you receive an additional 15% off your stag & doe.

    Discount Qualifications

    • Travel Fees are NOT subject to discount.
    • Discounts apply only to the commitments made at the time of booking and will not apply if changes are made.
    • Discounts may not be combined, only one discount per booking.
    • To achieve maximum discount value on 3 or more bookings, they must be placed at the same time.
