• Each customer will receive a written hard copy of confirmation of the details of their function.
• Each customer will receive a follow up quality check letter after their function.

Pricing Policy

• The price you are quoted when you book is the price you pay.
• There is NEVER any unannounced charges at your function
• There are no overtime charges for hours after 1:00 pm unless you are informed prior to booking.

Discount Policies

• Discount coupons and gift certificates must be declared at the time the booking is placed to be valid.
• Discounts may not be combined. Only one discount per booking.
• Discounts apply only to the comittments made at the time of booking and will not apply if changes are made.

Timing Limitations

• We are governed and must follow the rules of the banquet hall
• On private property our stop time is 2:30am
